Return Policy

At Aquatica, Inc., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of Rock-on-a-Roll®. If something isn’t right, we’ll make the return process straightforward.
1. Standard Returns (up to 40 feet) — within the 48 contiguous states
You may return up to 40 feet of Rock-on-a-Roll within one year of delivery.
The material may be in any condition.
We pay return shipping, and there is no restocking fee.
2. Large Returns (over 40 feet)
If your total purchases exceed 40 feet, the first 40 feet returned still qualify for free return shipping.
Any footage beyond the first 40 feet is considered a large return and must be in new, unused condition.
You are responsible for return shipping on the footage beyond the first 40 feet.
A 20% restocking fee applies to the portion over 40 feet.
Example: If you purchased 160 feet in two 80-foot orders and return only the second order, you pay all shipping and the 20% restocking fee on that order. If you return all 160 feet, we pay shipping for the first 40 feet, and you pay shipping plus a 20% restocking fee for the remaining 120 feet.
3. Return Procedure

For returns at or under the 40-foot limit, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method, or in some cases by check mailed to the billing address.
